Your First Visit
During your first visit, we’ll review your medical and dental histories, take X-rays of your mouth, check for cavities, gum disease, and anomalies, and offer information about the best way to care for your teeth at home. In addition, we’ll clean and polish your teeth.
After your checkup and teeth cleaning are finished, your dentist will meet with you to discuss your concerns and create a viable treatment plan for you.
When you arrive for your appointment, please bring your completed patient forms, your insurance information (if applicable), your government ID, and your preferred method of payment.
